I am currently a PhD Candidate in Political Science at University of Washington. My research explores the interplay between domestic and international politics, particularly in the context of marine policy, emerging technology, and the UNFCCC. I am a Center for Environmental Politics Graduate Fellow (ongoing) and Clean Energy Institute Fellow (2024-2025). I have an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy and Political Science from Duke University.
