I am currently an Assistant Professor of Blue Economy and Policy at the University of Delaware. My research explores the interplay between domestic and international politics, particularly in the context of marine policy, emerging technology, and the UNFCCC. 

I received my PhD in Political Science from the University of Washington in 2026. While at UW, I was the Center for Environmental Politics Graduate Fellow and coordinator for the UW Political Economy Forum. My work was supported by the Clean Energy Institute and the Department of Political Science. I have an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy and Political Science with honors from Duke University.
